Mechanics:

1. The Promo will run from June 6, 2011 to July 31, 2011.

2. How to join:

A new wi-tribe postpaid subscriber will be qualified to participate in the raffle provided that:

a) Subscriber is 18 years old and above;

b) Subscriber subscribes to any of the following wi-tribe Postpaid Plans (with minimum subscription period of 24 months):

Plan 998 – for up to 1 Mbps broadband connection
Plan 1,998 – for up to 2 Mbps broadband connection

c) Subscription must be made within June 6 to July 31, 2011. A promo ticket will be issued to the subscriber upon application.

d) Subscriber accomplishes an online survey form which wi-tribe will e-mail to him within 48 hours from activation of his postpaid account, and nominates a password which will be used to claim the raffle prize; and

e) Subscriber pays his monthly subscription fees and his account is updated as of the day before the raffle draw/s

3. There will be two raffle draws:

a) 1st Raffle Draw – July 5, 2011
Participants who subscribed within the period of June 6 to June 30, 2011

b) 2nd Raffle Draw – August 5, 2011
Participants who subscribed within the period of July 1 to July 31, 2011

Raffle draws will be held at wi-tribe telecoms inc. Technology Center Building, 2298 Chino Roces Ave. Ext., Makati City.

4. Raffle entries shall be electronically generated by wi-tribe. All draws will be witnessed by a DTI representative.

5. Prizes for each draw will be as follows:

24 months free subscription*	50 winners	50 winners
3 months subscription cash back	100 winners	100 winners
1 month subscription cash back	All participants who did not win any of the 2 draws

*Each winner of the “24-months free subscription” will receive cash back for the total amount that he has already paid wi-tribe for his postpaid subscription. The remaining months unpaid subscription will be free, and will not be convertible to cash.

6. Terms and conditions:

a) Redemption period:

i. Prizes for the 1st Raffle Draw (winners and all participants who subscribed within the period of June 6 to June 30, 2011) may be claimed from October 29 to December 28, 2011 (60 days)

ii. Prizes for the 2nd Raffle Draw (winners and all participants who subscribed within the period of July 1 to July 31, 2011) may be claimed from November 26, 2011 to January 24, 2012 (60 days)

b) Qualifications/ disqualifications:

i. Winners can claim his/her prize if his/her account is active and up-to-date as of October 26, 2011 for the first draw and November 23 for the second draw. Winners with past due Accounts after the cut-off periods will be automatically disqualified and prizes will be forfeited with the consent of DTI.

ii. Subscribers can only win once during a draw. Should a subscriber win more than once in a draw, the prize of a higher value will be awarded.

7. Winners will be informed via registered mail and through their mobile, landline phone and via email. Names of the winners will also be posted on wi-tribe’s official website www.wi-tribe.ph

8. To claim their prizes, the winners must present two valid identification cards, their winning promo tickets and disclose the correct passwords. Prizes can be claimed at the Wi-tribe office and shops
9. A participant (Non-winning entries) can only claim the one month cash-back if their account is active and up-to-date as of October 26, 2011 for the 1st cut-off and November 23 for the second cut-off. Subscribers with past due Accounts will automatically be disqualified.
10. All employees of wi-tribe Telecoms, Inc. and San Miguel Corporation, all its accredited sales agents, its subsidiaries, advertising and promo agencies, including relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from the raffle promotion.
